blueberry muffins take 2

Baking Blueberry muffins again.
This time, I made some changes to the ingredients

ingredients for muffins:
11/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
100g melted unsalted butter
1/3 cup soya milk
1 large egg
1 cup fresh blueberries
 
Preheat oven to 200deg C and bake for 20 mins or till done

1. Sift flour, salt, sugar, baking powder into a big bowl
2. Place butter into measuring cup (1cup), add egg, and add milk to fill the cup
3. Mix the dry and wet ingredient together and fold in the blueberries

Personally i think, the butter give a better taste and buttery aroma. I also reduce the sugar.
